Changes to the way we accept your meter readings.
Existing customer ?
You will see that we no longer accept meter readings via our website. This is because from October 2010 we introduced Online Meter Billing, a facility to submit your own readings.
If you used to receive reminders via email and no longer receive one, please contact Trisha in our accounts department, as this means you are not linked/subscribed to the new system. A new style email will be sent to you around the 28th of each month, this will include the link to enter your own readings.
The reading which you submit, via the new system, will automatically update your account and produce an accurate invoice for you.

- No more printing out sheets and faxing/emailing them.
- Keeps our cost down to ensure that we can keep your costs down.
If you are not suscbribed to the new system, or are unsure, please call Trisha in our accounts department on 01425 484700, alternatively simply drop accounts an email stating you would like to go onto the new “Online Meter Billing” and they will add your email to enable you to do so.
