We were promised by Collate savings of between 20 and 30% on our overall spend, I couldn’t see how this could be achieved as we believed we had a good understanding of our costs. After implementing Collates MPS offering we are now saving approximately 27%. Simple things like default B/W printing and printing larger jobs on MFD’s was where some of the savings are made.
