Collate Business Systems is pleased to welcome SWRAC (South West Regional Assessment Centre Ltd) as a new customer, supporting their operations across multiple sites in Dorset.
SWRAC is a highly respected organisation working with young people aged 16 to 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. Their focus is on providing alternative learning and development programmes for individuals where mainstream education is not always the right fit. Through their work, SWRAC creates meaningful opportunities that help young people build confidence, develop practical skills, and move towards greater independence.
As part of this new partnership, Collate has supplied and installed four Konica Minolta Bizhub multifunction devices across their Dorset sites. The mix of devices was chosen to match the print volumes and requirements at each location, with the higher-capacity C451i at the busiest site and C301i devices at the others.
For an organisation with teams spread across multiple locations, consistency matters. All four devices share the same interface and are supported under a single managed print agreement, which means staff can move between sites without having to adapt to different equipment, and any issues are dealt with through one point of contact. Whether teams are producing learning materials, handling administrative paperwork, or scanning documents, having reliable equipment in place removes friction from the working day.
The rollout was coordinated to minimise disruption, with each location going live with minimal downtime.
